While there have been no reported cases of Malaria among our guests, it's important to note that rural areas of Malaysia may still be a risk. While Malaria vaccination isn't mandatory, it may be wise for those embarking on adventurous jungle treks. For travelers visiting tourist hotspots like capital cities or beaches listed on our website, vaccination isn't typically necessary. However, for wildlife sightings or jungle treks, we strongly advise taking precautions against mosquito bites, especially during dusk and dawn. To minimize risk, wear protective clothing, use insect repellent, and keep doors closed during these times. Additionally, opt for air-conditioned or well-screened accommodations. If considering prophylactic (preventive) medication, consult with your doctor to determine the best course of action for your health.
Absolutely! Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a unique reference number to access our Manage My Booking system. Here, you can provide your personal details and any special dietary requests, such as vegetarian or vegan preferences, in the 'dietary restriction' section. Feel free to add any specific notes, like avoiding certain ingredients, in the 'remarks' box (eg. No beef, onions, garlic, etc).
While we do our best to accommodate all dietary needs, please understand that we may not always be able to fulfill every request. Vegetarianism is a concept our country is still learning to comprehend. For buffet-style meals, we recommend bringing along some vegetarian condiments or snacks to enhance your dining experience.

The Malaysian Ringgit is the currency of Malaysia. The currency code for Ringgits is MYR, and the currency symbol is RM.
Unfortunately, the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) isn't as widely accepted or recognized as the Singapore Dollar (SGD), particularly among guests from China, Hong Kong, Europe, America, and other regions. Many of them have encountered difficulties with their local banks not providing MYR transaction services. To better accommodate our guests, we've established a branch office in Singapore to offer SGD transaction services. Additionally, Singapore's lower bank charges provide added convenience for our customers.
