Hi, I'm from the USA and was a little apprehensive going to Borneo alone but Joe was quick to answer my 400 questions and took a predesigned tour and customized it to my desires and budget all in a few days because I planned my trip so last minute. I had private tours/guides for part of it and joined the rest of the group for other parts. My guides were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure I saw what I wanted to see, got the pictures I wanted, was comfortable, safe & well fed & overall happy with my experience. Prior to finding MalaysiaTours I was pretty frustrated with the tour agents I had contacted and my trip was coming up and I no one seemed to be able to put together the trip I wanted. This was a trip to celebrate my 50th birthday and I wanted it to be special and not to be something I compromised on b/c I hadn't preplanned. MalaysiaTours was by far the best tour company I contacted and I'm elated that I chose to go with them, I was not disappointed and the rate was more than fair for what I experienced. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Excellence service from Jennifer for arranging the tour package and the rides to the resort. 
 
The trip was well organised and coordinated with Tekoma Resort Hotel for our stays and activities. 
 
Jack, the resort manager was cheerful and helpful and we were appreciative of his attention to my friend’s leech wound with first aid kit available at the reception. 
 
However, a few concerns from us: 
1) too many cats roaming around at the resort lobby and cafe areas!! There were guests who were allergic to furry animals. Suggest to keep the cats away at all times. 
2) will be helpful given choices for set meals menus. 
3) when going on boat rides, tourists should be informed to put on the life jackets provided at all times. 

Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guides truly cared about us, both the kids and adults, and did their best to make this trip memorable. For our well-traveled children this definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey of their life - something they will remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come.
